**Password Reset Steps**
This can be done from the mobile app. Just follow the instructions below.
1- Delete your trivzia app data (Android users) or delete the app and reinstall it.
2- Login using the same phone number.
3- If you do not know the password then press “Forgot Password” option to Reset your password.
4- setup your new password.
5- Now use same password to login to User’s Portal.
